How do I create an account on 54Africana.ca? Registering on 54Africana.ca is a breeze. Simply provide your email address and at least one contact telephone number.

If you're new to shopping on 54Africana, you can easily register during the checkout process by submitting your email and phone number. Alternatively, you can find the registration link at the top left of the home page. After filling in your details, you're ready to purchase your desired items on 54Africana.ca. Ensure to create a unique password of at least six characters to secure your account. 


Shipping

What are my delivery options and costs? Our shipping rates are based on Canada Post's rates to your provided shipping address. During checkout, you'll see the delivery timeframe determined by Canada Post and the options available to you.

Orders placed on 54Africana.ca are delivered to customers within the timeframe selected during checkout. Additionally, customers have the option to pick up their orders at select locations across Ontario, Canada.

We'll always keep you informed of any changes to the standard delivery schedule via email or SMS.

Please note that once your order is confirmed, you cannot change the delivery address. Therefore, please ensure your address details are accurate at checkout.


Delivery

When will my order arrive? We aim to deliver your order within 24-72 hours of purchase, as stated in your Payment Confirmation email. If there are any changes to the delivery schedule, we'll notify you promptly via email or SMS.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering? Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate changes to the delivery address after an order has been confirmed. Please double-check your address details during checkout to ensure accuracy.



Missing Order

What if a product is missing from my order? If you're missing an item from your shipment, please fill out the Missing Order form in your 54Africana.ca account under Returns/Exchange, Refund & Missing Order. Provide your order number and details of the missing item, and we'll investigate promptly.

To report a missing order, register here and complete the missing order form in your account profile after registration.


Returns and Refunds

Can I exchange purchased items?
Yes, you can exchange items, provided they're returned in the same condition as delivered within 5 days of delivery. Please note that a standard delivery fee for the new item plus a 10% service fee will apply.

How do I initiate a return?
You can initiate a return by filling out the return form in your 54Africana.ca account under Returns/Exchange, Refund & Missing Order.

What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong item due to our error, please fill out the return form on our website. We'll arrange for the correct items to be delivered to you at no additional cost.

Can I request a refund?
Refunds are possible within 2 days of delivery for damaged or missing items only. You can request a refund by filling out the refund form in your 54Africana.ca account under Returns/Exchange, Refund & Missing Order.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may take 5 to 7 days to reflect, depending on your bank.


Gift Vouchers & Coupons

Can I use gift vouchers and coupons for purchases? Yes, you can use gift vouchers and coupons, subject to their validity. If the voucher value is less than the order total, you can pay the difference using other payment methods.
